Creative Work

The below features the creative work I had the opportunity to lead and collaborate on, while in my role with Anheuser-Busch as Brand Manager and Marketing Lead of Anheuser-Busch's Miami Craft Brewery, Veza Sur Brewing Co. The work ranges from creative direction during video and photo shoots, which included styling, casting, venue sourcing, script writing, and liaising with photography and videography. Also featured, are product launches, as well as brand collaborations which were negotiated and developed from concept to launch.

Brand Awareness:
Lifestyle Campaign Video

To increase Brand Awareness of Veza Sur's iconic Stubby Bottles, a lifestyle video and photos were created and utilized across Veza Sur's owned channels, as well as used for years to come on several ads and promotional efforts. The video features the brand's consumer interests and showcases the product being enjoyed in various occasions. Video HERE

Product Launch:
Mangolandia Mango Blonde Ale

For the launch of Veza Sur's #1 product, Mangolandia Mango Blonde Ale, we created a "infomercial" style video to promote all the ways Mangolandia makes everything better. The product was launched in 2019 and continues to be sold throughout South Florida. Video HERE

Local Artist Collaborations:
Barrel Aged Beer Program

Once a quarter, Veza Sur would partner with a local artist to design a label for a limited release beer. The program allowed consumers to collect these one-of-a-kind designs, taste a new style of beer, and support the local community where the brew-pub was based, Wynwood - home to world renowned murals.

Brand Collateral:
Mas Que Cerveza Cocktail Book

One of the brand's most successful ventures at its brick and mortar location were beer cocktails. They are infamously delicious and curated to perfection with house made mixers and local ingredients. A commemorative cocktail book was created and distributed to consumers featuring all of the brand's staple recipes.

Sweepstakes:
Pimp My Pachanga

During the pandemic, the brand launched its first ever sweepstakes where consumers were invited to enter for a chance to win a house party by Veza Sur! The winner was provided with prizes, music, swag, and of course, cerveza! Video HERE

Sports Partnership:
Miami Dolphins 

Veza Sur became an official beer partner of the Miami Dolphins where a custom beer was curated by the fans, for the fans - Born and Raised. Consumers were invited to participate on the creation of the beer, take part in focus groups and vote for their favorite. The beer was packaged and sold at retailers as well as the stadium.

Traditional Marketing:
South Coast IPA Brand Awareness Campaign

To increase brand awareness around a new product, South Coast IPA, a photo and video shoot were developed and executed. The photos were used across South Florida in various OOH opportunities, including trolleys and bus shelters, as well as key accounts and media outlets.

Experiential:
Copa Veza Sur Soccer Tournament

One of the brand's biggest passion points, soccer, was brought to life through a 10-week soccer tournament. 32 teams competed for a chance to win $2,000 cash and a pair of season tickets to Inter Miami CF’s 2022 season. The tournament featured on-site activities, DJs, watch parties and of course, ice cold cerveza. Video HERE.
